WPEA is a non-profit organization designed to represent all Wyoming State Agency Employees  and Laramie County School Districts No. 1 Technical Support Services, Custodial Services and Nutrition Service Employees.

 

 WPEA members are empowered by creating opportunities to join forces; to have a voice that is heard by leadership; and to improve the quality of the workplace in order to serve the citizens of Wyoming.

Worried about a situation, want to vent or need a different perspective?  WPEA represents our Members in Employment issues.

Education

WPEA's foundation is built from our Membership. We educate our Members through many communication processes.

Contract Negotiation

WPEA assists in interest-based Contract Negotations for Laramie County School District No 1.

Lobbying

WPEA is proud to represent public employees through its action during the legislative process.

REtirement

WPEA is a member of the Coalition for a Healthy Retirement and works closely with the Wyoming Retirement System.
