WPEA is a non-profit organization designed to represent all Wyoming State Agency Employees and Laramie County School Districts No. 1 Technical Support Services, Custodial Services and Nutrition Service Employees.
WPEA members are empowered by creating opportunities to join forces; to have a voice that is heard by leadership; and to improve the quality of the workplace in order to serve the citizens of Wyoming.

WPEA is a member of the Coalition for a Healthy Retirement and works closely with the Wyoming Retirement System.
WPEA Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Wyoming Public Employees Association to serve as the key advocacy group for state employees and Laramie County School District #1 classified staff by working toward introduction and passage of legislation positively affecting compensation, benefits, and working conditions of all workers. WPEA will work toward electing legislators and Laramie County School District #1 Board of Trustees who will support these goals. WPEA will advocate for the rights and fair treatment of all public employees.
